Qualification
High School Duty Supervisor to manage and monitor Ground Operations at Station to ensure RASB’ aircraft operate in a safe, secured environment and in full compliance with the regulatory requirements, company policies and standard operating procedures. Monitor and track Station’s performance and full compliance safety/security requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage operations performances and airport processes related to but not limited to:
- On-time departures (OTP).
- Load performance - Mishandle Cargo.
- Revenue collection.
- Customer Satisfaction.
- Document violations.
2. Plan and manage operations to track and monitor full compliance to the following regulatory requirements but not limited to:
- Malaysia Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR 2016).
- Local Authorities regulations pertaining to occupational health, operational safety and environment laws applicable to RASB and the service providers.
- Compliance to CAAM (Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia) as DG (Dangerous Good) Coordinator and ensure reporting of accident, incident, spillage, Dangerous Good Carriage on all RASB aircraft.
- Compliance to occupational health, safety and security at all time.
- Has adequate staff with valid certificates to certify load sheet for RASB aircrafts and ensure that certified load controllers conduct manual load sheet at least once a month and maintain its record for audit purposes.
- Ground Operations are in conformance with all operative, qualitative and safety requirements.
- RASB Safety Management System (SMS) and the safety reporting policies and procedures.
- All mandatory and regulatory manuals are available, updated and accessible at all time.
3. Perform assessment on Ground Handling Service Provider (GHSP) compliance to the SLA to ensure SLA effectiveness.
4. Track, monitor and support day to day Operations
- Ground Operation Handling
- Handle any crisis with regards to flight discrepancies such as flight delay or flight cancellation and coordinate transfer and reallocation accordingly.
- Handle any cargo issues – short shipment and mishandled.
- Handle any operational issue that requires RASB intervention and engagement with airport authorities
- Coordinate activities to manage operational risk with GHSP and other business unit within RASB in order to safeguard RASB’s interest and KPIs.
- Manage all system issues and escalate to business unit on any system issues that may disrupt operation.
- Analyse operational data to identify root cause of issues and to recommend the necessary process improvement.
- Ensuring full compliance to safety and security requirements by GHSPs and other BUs.
5. Participate in any project or initiatives to improve customer experience and operating cost structure.
6. Execute other ad-hoc duties as detailed by the business as and when required.
